Job summary

All-Star Personnel in Middle TN is seeking Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Portland, TN. This is a temporary to permanent position.

Shift hours start from 6:30am with various shifts. Pay ranges between $14.50 and $16.55 per hour. Duties include plastic injection molding and assemblies for automotive parts, operating basic machinery, and inspecting products for defects to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of shift.
• Basic math skills required for measuring and quality checks.
• Experience with quality inspection and basic equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plastic injection molding and assemblies for automotive industry.
