Henkel United States is seeking a Director of Operations in Mentor, OH within Adhesive Technologies to lead manufacturing excellence. You will oversee batch operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Responsibilities include managing raw material additions, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and uphold Henkel's standards.

Formación

• 1 year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 60 pounds frequently.
• Monitoring batch quality.
• Mixing equipment controls, bar code scanning or production reporting.

What you´ll do

• Handling addition of raw materials and chemicals to mixing equipment for the production of adhesives and sealants
• Following safety standards, operator is responsible to follow the batch order for the correct addition of raw materials and settings for the mixing machines
• Responsible for following quality standards including pulling samples and monitoring the manufacturing process
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
