Job summary

US Farathane is seeking a 1st Shift Mezzanine Operator to provide proper material to the cell to achieve optimal productivity, quality, and safety for internal and external customers. The role involves material handling, BOM review, and ensuring material traceability in Riverside, MO.

The position requires reading BOMs, maintaining material flow, performing moisture testing, and ensuring correct material for machine changeovers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of people.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Check availability and order materials from warehouse to maintain molding schedule.
• Notify supervisor of material shortage conditions.
• Communicate with preceding and oncoming material handlers about conditions.
• Participate in shift meetings and improvement efforts.
• Maintain material logs, lot numbers, and traceability per procedures.
• Review BOMs during setup to ensure correct material usage.
