Job summary

Beta Bionics, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a results-driven Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead daily production, ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with QMS.

You will supervise production personnel, drive efficiency, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, adherence to FDA and ISO 13485 guidelines, and training and development of staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with FDA, ISO 13485 or similar quality systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop production staff through training and feedback.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, GMP and SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve production issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate production records and support audits and CAPAs.
