Job summary

Beta Bionics, Inc. is seeking a Production Engineer to support the 2nd shift on the manufacturing floor in Irvine, CA. The role designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes that meet product specs while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor processes, drive improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to achieve production goals. A bachelor's in engineering and 2–5 years in medical device manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant medical device manufacturing experience.
• Experience in FDA, GMP, ISO-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP-compliant manufacturing on the 2nd shift on the production floor.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes meeting specs.
• Monitor process performance and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of production goals.
