Job summary

Munters Corporation in Selma, TX is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for the 1st shift to build and assemble components for air movement equipment. You will follow job packets, schematics, and instructions to prepare subassemblies, drill, fit pins and fasteners, and verify completed work to quality standards.

Responsibilities emphasize safe, orderly production, documentation of discrepancies, and participation in team meetings to improve workflow; prior assembly experience and ability to read

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials and prints.
• Follow documented processes, procedures, and checklists.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and basic measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work from job packets, production schedules, checklists, prints and instructions to assemble components.
• Evaluate drawings and BOMs to plan assembly steps; communicate discrepancies to lead.
• Fit, align, drill, cut, and assemble parts to produce subassemblies for air movement equipment.
• Operate robotic drill as required and finish parts with fasteners; ensure quality and safety in the workspace.
