Job summary

Recruiting Solutions is seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers for a local automation company in Greenville, SC. This role suits hands-on mechanical and technical professionals who enjoy building, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment.

You'll work on first shift, Monday through Friday, with a climate-controlled environment and weekly pay. Pay starts at $20+ per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience building, assembling, troubleshooting, or repairing machinery.
• Ability to understand machine functionality and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical symbols, and schematics.
• Ability to use a multimeter.
• Basic understanding of electricity, AC/DC circuits, and Ohm's Law.
• Understanding of cable sizes and basic electrical components preferred.
• Experience using electrical hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, and terminal torque wrenches.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Understand equipment assembly and machine functionality.
• Read and use calipers for accurate measurements.
• Work with and understand pneumatic valves and components.
• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment to identify root causes and determine effective solutions.
• Perform machine diagnostics, functional testing, and equipment testing.
