Recruiting Solutions in Piedmont, SC is seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Associate for a manufacturing company. In this fast-paced role you will assemble components, follow prints and work instructions, and operate hand tools safely while meeting production and quality standards.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with starting pay at $16.00 per hour and healthcare benefits. You will rotate through stations, participate in CI and 5S initiatives, and collaborate with teammates to hit

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools.
• Ability to read and follow design prints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to rotate between different job stations as required.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and other employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to follow PPE, safety, quality, and production requirements.

Mansioni

• Complete assembly operations according to design prints, work instructions, and established production procedures.
• Follow all required steps in the assembly process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Safely and properly operate hand tools and other equipment required for assigned assembly tasks.
• Properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Inspect completed work to ensure products meet established quality and production standards.
• Rotate between different job stations as needed based on production requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks and meet production goals.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and follow established standard work procedures.
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Participate in workplace safety initiatives and follow all company safety procedures.
