Eaton in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I - MCC Cells on the A Shift. You will assemble, wire, and mount sub-assemblies and standard control equipment in motor control centers and related panels, following detailed drawings and wiring diagrams. The hourly rate is $18.40.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Live within 50 miles of the Fayetteville, NC facility.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visas.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies and standard panels in MCCs and related assemblies.
• Interpret drawings and wiring diagrams to determine procedures and part requirements.
• Assemble, wire, and modify control devices and harnesses per instructions and diagrams.
• Install and secure units and components by mounting or bolting into place.
• Inspect completed work, ensure alignment and proper labeling, and maintain records.
