Job summary

Hypertherm Associates is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler in Lebanon, NH to support Just-In-Time production and material flow. The role focuses on delivering materials, tracking inventory, and enabling efficient movement of goods in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle raw materials, inbound/outbound goods, and packaging, while contributing to 5S and lean initiatives to improve quality and on-time delivery. Proficiency with Oracle transactions and Excel will be beneficial in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Handles and refills assembly materials and ensures timely delivery.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels in production areas.
• Performs designated manufacturing processes using standard work.
• Participates in 5S and Lean initiatives to keep cells clean and efficient.
• Performs daily inventory transactions and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned (production support).
