Job summary

The Toro Company – Spartan Mowers in Batesville, AR is hiring a warehouse associate for first shift (6am - 2pm). The role involves receiving, labeling, and moving stock, plus maintaining inventory at work centers and routing items to departments.

You will operate forklifts and similar equipment, perform safety checks, and be prepared to cross-train across areas. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants should be able to lift heavy packages and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and objects.
• Experience operating forklift or other material handling equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Willingness to cross-train in different areas.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Routes items to various departments.
• Maintains material‑handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
• Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock or reorganize storage.
