Job Summary

Operate motorized industrial equipment to load and unload trucks, transport and locate materials, pick and put-away products, and replenish picking locations.

Primary Duties

• Operate equipment such as sit-down forklifts, stock pickers, and reach trucks.
• Perform daily safety and operational checks on equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work order instructions.
• Use RF scanners for inventory management.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass the industrial equipment test and obtain necessary licenses.
• Flexibility to rotate positions and participate in department meetings and projects.
• Meet safety, accuracy, productivity, and housekeeping standards.
• Follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Work independently and maintain timely attendance, including overtime if required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Work environment involves reaching, swiveling, carrying items, speaking, and listening; noise level is moderate.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
