Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a 1st Shift - Material Handler to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and product distribution. You will operate equipment, verify labeling and codes, and assist with shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification within 30 days, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. This is a 1st shift position with stable hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification or completion of forklift training within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to physically load and unload products, lifting up to 100 lbs as required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems and product handling.

Responsibilities

  • Operate powered equipment to move, locate, and stack products efficiently and safely.
  • Check inbound and outbound products for damage, infestation, and proper labeling.
  • Ensure products match customer requirements and are correctly recorded with product code dates.
  • Load products onto pallets or totes, and prepare shipments or stock as needed.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and assist with physical inventories.
