Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Material Handler in Willis, TX, to load/unload materials, operate a forklift and overhead crane, and support customers. You will help maintain inventory in our ERP system and ensure safe, accurate processing of orders.

Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain forklift and overhead crane certification. The role offers competitive hourly pay and full benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to become forklift and overhead crane certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading/unloading to support the branch. Operate forklift, overhead crane, and construction tools.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately and timely.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management including ERP updates.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in movement of inventory between workstations.
