Kemps Dairy has immediate openings for a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to unload materials, transfer and store raw and finished products, and operate onsite equipment safely in a GMP-compliant environment.

The role offers a rotating schedule (5AM–5PM, M-S, four days a week) with pay at $24.80 per hour and benefits designed to support employee growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform basic math and measurements.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a wet environment.
• Pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and ingredients for warehouse use.

JOB SUMMARY

Kemps Dairy has immediate job openings for adaptable Material Handler/Forklift Operator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include unloading materials and ingredients for warehouse use, transferring and storing raw and finished products and operating onsite equipment and machinery in a safe manner. All employees will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions
and decimal
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
