• Ensures safety training, PPE compliance and reduces incidents.
• Resolves technical/production problems and aligns with master schedule.
• Trains and cross-trains team members on procedures and requirements.
• Provides leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Communicates policies, coordinates between groups, and audits processes.
