Job summary

ICP Group in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for our first-shift production. You will safely operate equipment, follow SOPs, and contribute to the packaging and completion of products in a fast-paced plant. The role requires attention to detail, ability to read SOPs, and willingness to train others.

Forklift experience is a plus; lifting up to 70 lbs and standing long hours are required. We offer competitive pay at $19/hour plus benefits including health, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Follow safety, quality, security, and operations policies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to multi-task and monitor multiple processes.
• Experience reading SOPs is a plus.
• Experience with chemicals is preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and safety regulations.
• Operate equipment and monitor production.
• Train Laborers and new Manufacturing Associates.
• Maintain clean and safe production area.
• Assist in startup/shutdown and cross-training.
