Job summary

gpac, on behalf of a growing food manufacturer in western Ohio, is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to join a stable team and advance into lead or supervisor roles.

The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, and PLCs in a fast-paced production setting, with long-term career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Food manufacturing experience required; protein manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
