Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance & Repair Mechanic to assist with preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of manufacturing equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial setting, strong electrical and hydraulic skills, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced industrial setting is required (5+ years).
• Must be able to operate with minimal supervision and work overtime/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Removes and installs machine components to maintain production equipment.
• Troubleshoots systems to determine causes of failures and repairs.
• Collaborates with Process Technicians and Operators on failures or fabrication needs.
• Designs, fabricates, and welds components or fixtures as needed.
• Maintains records of malfunctions and adjustments.
