Tenneco Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Helper in Wisconsin to assist with keeping facilities and production areas clean, safe, and functional. You will support maintenance staff with basic tasks and contribute to machinery care and safety compliance.

Requirements include a GED or high school diploma and at least one year of related experience or training. You will work in a fast-paced plant, adhering to procedures and helping maintain a safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.

Responsabilités

• Assist maintenance staff with cleaning and organization of production areas.
• Support preventative maintenance tasks and basic repairs under supervision.
• Assist with machine setup, clip insertion, Cryo Temper, and packing parts.
• Follow safety and environmental policies and report hazards to supervisor.
• Record information in logs and computer systems as required.
• Perform other light maintenance tasks as directed by supervision.
