Job summary

Advanced Ceramic Coatings, LLC is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians (Levels 1–3) in Duncan, SC. The role covers preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance across facilities and equipment, with strong emphasis on calibration, TPM programs, and data-driven PM optimization.

Candidates should have CMMS experience, familiarity with electrical/mechanical systems, and be prepared for a first shift schedule in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CMMS, TPM and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical/pneumatic schematics and plant layouts.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and control devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Close-out work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Support calibration of devices and spare parts management.
• Analyze data to refine PM frequencies and improve OEE.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement improvements.
