Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance mechanic experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Welding and machining capabilities.
• Familiarity with GMP and OSHA standards.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand electrical schematics to locate and troubleshoot components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on motors, conveyors and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical breakdowns and perform rebuilds of mechanical assemblies.
• Operate and read engineering blueprints; ensure food safety and quality.
