Newly Weds Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production machinery, enhancing equipment reliability and glove quality as part of the maintenance team.

The role covers baggers, ovens, conveyors, printers, packaging equipment, and bulk flour systems; you will read schematics, diagnose faults, and support new equipment installations while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Maintenance Technology or equivalent.
• 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA and production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Read schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues.
• Repair and calibrate electro-mechanical assemblies including hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Install and test new electromechanical equipment and robots.
• Fill out reports and communicate with shifts regarding issues.
