Job Description
  • Operating production equipmentto meet internal and external customer demands.
  • Assisting with routine administrative tasks andback-up functions to ensure the timelycompletion of projects.
  • Monitoring manufacturing methods, processes and procedures to ensure departmental and business goals are met.
  • Maintainingcost competitiveness - which includes identifying, recommending, and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Monitoring established safety procedures.
  • Maintaininga clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that interfaces well with customers, clients, co-workers, and management members
Qualifications
  • High School Degree or GED required.
  • 2-year Vocational Technical Degree in Machine ToolTechnology or 4+ years of computer control machine experience for metal machining processes.
  • 2+ yearsof computer controlmachine experience (with degree).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform basic math functions.
  • Awareness and adherence to Bosch safety standards(personal protection equipment -safety shoes, safety glasses w/side shields, etc.

Physical Demand: Qualified individual should be able to repetitively (using safe manual lifting procedures) lift 33 lbs. of material from the ground up to waist-high levels and load onto machinery and be able to perform repetitive motion tasks; must have manual dexterity and vision necessary to operate required tools and machines safely.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $30.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
