Starting pay is $20.30 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Eligible for paid vacations, holidays, OT, education programs, and other Cobb/Tyson benefits. Internal applicants receive priority; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer
• No major employment gaps in the last 36 months

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to maintain continuous production flow
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed
• Notify supervisor if maintenance is required and follow Tyson policies
