Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with measuring tools, hand tools, and equipment operation
• Ability to read basic blueprints and production documents
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills
