Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Oklahoma City is seeking a Rotational Molding Operator to produce molded parts and operate rotational molding machines.

You will follow safety policies, load materials, trim and inspect parts, stack onto conveyors, and work to throughput targets while maintaining quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate rotational molding equipment to produce molded parts.
  • Load materials and remove parts from spider platforms in a safe manner.
  • Trim and deflash using hand-tools and inspect for quality.
  • Place/stack parts onto conveyor system and maintain throughput.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.

Work in Rotational molding department producing molded parts of various sizes, and using rotational molding machines.

  • Follow Company safety and break policies, work in a safe manner, follow directions, and wear company issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Immediately report any unsafe activity or accident to area Supervisor.
  • Learn and understand standard operation of rotational molding equipment.
  • Load material and Remove parts from spider platforms in a safe manner, trim and deflash as instructed using hand-tools, inspect for product quality, and place/stack onto conveyor system. (Maximum Lifting Policy is 35 pounds)
  • Work in an efficient manner maintaining part shift through-put quantity requirements.
  • Ask questions when unsure of work safety and through-put quantity requirements.
  • Keep area clean, follow good housekeeping practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push and pull with no difficulties, be on feet during work shift, and clearly communicate issues.
