Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing company in Cary, North Carolina. This full-time position offers a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with potential weekend overtime.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machine operations and familiarity with various production equipment and tools. Responsibilities include operating machinery, performing quality inspections, and troubleshooting equipment issues to maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with machine shop equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support production equipment including saws, orbital welders, and brazing equipment.
• Use hand tools such as chop saws and cordless drills to complete production tasks.
• Set up and monitor machinery for efficient production.
