Job Opportunity: Machine Operator

$1500 Hiring Bonus!!

Schedule: 4 days/week, 10 hours/day: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Note: Mandatory overtime required.

Phillips Manufacturing is your one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities across the country.

Position Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery to ensure continuous production while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Functions
  1. Operation: Inspect, prepare, adjust, and perform minor repairs on machines.
  2. Quality: Meet product specifications by taking and reading measurements.
  3. Computer Skills: Moderate proficiency required for scanning, labeling, etc.
  4. Reporting: Produce legible and accurate production reports.
  5. Packaging: Place finished cartons or bundles in proper holding carts.
  6. Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods; repetitive movements; lift up to 55 lbs continuously.
  7. Reliability: Adhere to attendance policies.
  8. Safety: Follow all safety protocols.
