Job summary

The Baillie Group is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator for our Leitchfield, KY facility. This full-time role supports a world-class hardwood flooring manufacturer by keeping production lines running and monitoring machine output.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, prior machine operator experience, and a willingness to work outdoors. Strong safety and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a machine operator.
• Prefer someone who has at least 1 year of experience within the last 2 years.
• Must be self motivated and organized.
• Willingness to work in outside environment.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Operate various machine centers in the plant.
• Regular perform quality checks on their finished product.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capable of working efficiently/safe as well as keeping a high level of precision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Previous experience as a machine operator

1 year of experience within the last 2 years

Self-motivated and organized

Willingness to work in outside environment
