Job summary

KI Bonduel is seeking an energetic team player to operate edging machines on first shift. The role includes applying T-mold and bullnose edging, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Training will be provided, and a drug screen is required.

The company is employee-owned with strong benefits and growth opportunities. Hours are generally 5am–2pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime and weekend shifts during peak production.

Qualifications

• Experience operating edging machines is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced setting.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

• Apply T-mold and bullnose edging to products.

Our Edgers are responsible for operating various types of edging machines including: Homag Straightband edgebanders, SNX Contour edgebanders, and applying T-mold/bullnose edgebanding.

Successful candidates will ensure the quality of the product andmaintain a clean and safe working environment.

Hours are primarily 5am – 2pmMonday – Fridaywith overtime and weekends requiredduring peak production (summer months).

Qualified candidates will be highly motivated and inquisitive team players. Training will be provided on equipment but previous experience with manufacturing machines/equipment is preferred.

Successful completion of a drug screen will be required.
