Roles include general auxiliary, roll form, laser, and other machine operators. The team values reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to process improvements, with a 4-day workweek and potential overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Lift 25-30 lbs infrequently.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work with team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work safely with tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure quality parts by monitoring coil quality, weld quality, and cut quality.
• Follow work instructions and production requirements.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow.
• Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor.
