Machine Operator Job Details:

• Schedule: (7am-3pm) OT as needed
• Pay Rate: $19 -$25 hour depending on experience
• Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K Benefits with 4% company contribution when converted to the company!
• Weekly Pay and medical benefits during the temp to hire period.
  
  

Machine Operator Job Description:

• Build high-quality custom millwork items such as cabinets, furniture, and architectural elements according to client specifications.
• Accurately interpret and follow detailed blueprints, drawings, and design specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery including saws, planers, jointers, and other related equipment to cut, shape, and assemble wood components.
• Utilize hand tools to fit, finish, and assemble pieces, applying finishes and ensuring a refined final product.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design requirements and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
  
  

Machine Operator Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a custom woodworker; knowledge of historic millwork is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating standard woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Exceptional precision and craftsmanship in creating detailed, custom pieces.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address and resolve fabrication issues effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle heavy materials.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills in English
