The role offers up to $17.00/hour, weekly pay, and full benefits through Express. Prior dock experience and ability to work as part of a team are valued, with pre-employment background checks required.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read freight tags and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset on a dock.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete standard pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments from trailers and containers as scheduled.
• Move products and staging materials across the dock floor using equipment.
• Stage incoming freight and outgoing orders in assigned bays.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily output and dock productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized dock area per facility rules.
