Express Employment Professionals is hiring a General Laborer (1st Shift) for a fast-paced production facility in Wentzville, MO. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers hands-on cross-training across multiple stations with strong overtime potential.

You will perform prep and processing tasks on vehicles and products, supporting a smooth assembly line with reliable hours and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Able to work 1st shift with overtime and weekends as needed.
• Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.
• Physically capable to stand and perform tasks in a fast-paced shop.
• Reliable transportation to Wentzville, MO 63385.
• Pre-employment background checks will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & product prep: blow out dust, clean truck beds, apply protective tape and precise wire tape.
• Surface preparation: scuff surfaces to ensure liner adhesion and place emblems/logos before spraying.
• Production line support: load prepped products into automated spray chambers for liner application.
• Demasking & quality control: remove protective film, ensure crisp edges, and check thickness.
• Station rotation: rotate through prep, detailing, and quality assurance stations with the team.
