We are seeking applicants for the 1st Shift Loader position at Carlisle Construction Materials. The role involves loading outbound shipments and unloading inbound deliveries.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading all outbound shipments and unloading all inbound deliveries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a propane sit-down forklift.
• Sort shipments by destination and group merchandise for orders.
• Package and load finished materials; unload raw materials.
• Move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Store products off the production line in designated locations.
• Transport raw materials to production stations.
• Inspect forklifts for repairs and safety.
• Verify piece counts on pallets against labels.
• Handle all material movements.
• Follow manufacturing work orders.
• Perform small tasks such as counting nails and re-adhering plastics.
