Position: 1st Shift-Line Operator (Manufacturing)

Role Overview:

Under direct supervision, performs routine activities including preparing jobs, ensuring safety, transporting materials, using power tools and equipment, building temporary structures, and collaborating with other plant workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean manufacturing area and organize tools as assigned.
• Follow instructions to operate machinery, handle materials, and load/unload on assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care and quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to supervisors and follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job details and follow directions.
• Ability to work in various roles.
