Micron Solutions in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a 1st shift Injection Molding Process Technician to set up, troubleshoot, and run injection molding machines. You\'ll perform mold changes, monitor cycles, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

In this hands-on role you will work with robotics and automated equipment, collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality, and contribute to reducing scrap and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on injection molding processing experience required.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to production issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Perform mold and job changes and standard setups.
• Respond to machine alarms and processing issues.
• Make process adjustments within established parameters.
• Monitor cycle times, machine performance, and process stability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
