Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and material aisles.
• Ensure machines are properly maintained with scheduled resin per machine.
• Clean dryers and hoppers regularly.
• Work with QC and Production Coordinators to maintain resin inventory.
• Follow specific guidelines to mix materials when needed.
• Report any nonconformance issues to the Plant Manager, Shift Manager/Supervisor, and Production Coordinators for resolution.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED certification.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Notes

• Employee must provide reliable transportation.
• Follow all safety and health regulations set by the company, state, and federal agencies.
• Submission to random drug testing is required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and exerting force to move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must have good hearing, vision (including color perception), and the ability to navigate safely around equipment.
