Job summary

New Generation Wellness in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to repair manufacturing and packaging machinery, motors, and conveyors. You will perform planned preventive maintenance and install equipment under supervision.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in maintenance, familiarity with PLC controls, VFDs, and electrical/mechanical systems, and the ability to read OEM manuals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience (electrical, electronic controls, mechanical).
• Knowledge of PLC-based machine controls, HMI interfaces, VFDs, and servo/motor drives.
• Reading OEM manuals and applying troubleshooting data to repair equipment.
• Familiar with OSHA safety standards and pharmaceutical/nutraceutical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance to ensure reliable safe operation of production equipment.
• Repair machinery including motors, gearboxes, and conveyors with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using controls and diagnostics.
• Maintain maintenance records and update logs; follow PM schedules.
