Job summary

Anna Maria of Aurora in Aurora, OH is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort in our skilled nursing and assisted living community. This full-time position runs 7:00 AM–3:00 PM four days per week with an every other weekend rotation.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with nursing staff. Prior healthcare housekeeping is preferred but not required; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the facility.
• Follow assigned housekeeping schedules and daily work assignments.
• Clean resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and recreational spaces.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing staff when performing routine cleaning.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
