Parker Hannifin Corporation in Hiawatha, IA is seeking a Team Lead to manage daily production activities on the shift, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and provide feedback to supervision on workforce performance.
The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and ensuring adherence to standard work and 5S while coordinating with support functions and cross-functional teams.
This Team Lead role is a "working lead" position and reports directly to the Value Stream Team Leader/Manager. The lead assists Value Stream leadership with daily activities regarding production to ensure that the plant is meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. The Lead communicates daily, weekly and monthly requirements and expectations within the facility. The Lead will be involved in most of the aspects of running the operations of the shift they are assigned. They will provide valuable feedback to Supervisors and Managers regarding performance of the work stream and the progress of employees within the Value Stream.
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
