Cardinal Staffing Services in Highland Park, MI is seeking experienced Hi-Lo Drivers and Cherry Picker Operators for a busy automotive manufacturing facility. The role involves safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload and stage materials while upholding productivity and safety standards.

Starting pay is $19+/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8–12 hour shifts. Weekend work may be required to meet production needs; applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced

Qualificações

• Recent Hi-Lo/Forklift/Cherry Picker experience required.
• Automotive or manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Stable work history with good attendance.
• Ability to stand/walk 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends.
• Strong safety and attendance mindset.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Hi-Lo forklift and Cherry Picker safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, pallets, and automotive parts.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform material handling and shipping/receiving duties.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and organization.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
