Cornerstone Building Brands in Sidney, OH is hiring a Gutter Coil 1st shift Production Associate. This full-time permanent role operates Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, with base pay of $21.50 per hour and benefits starting day 1.

You will work in slitting/coil production, maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up and running equipment, performing quality checks, documenting production records, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals while

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of machine operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitter machinery and produce product per specifications.
• Set up, inspect, and handle materials safely.
• Complete production records and safety checks with accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and cooperate with team to meet production goals.
• Minimize waste and downtime through proactive actions.
