Primary Purpose

As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform distribution center shipping/receiving functions, ensuring the accurate and safe movement of products throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned
• Complete all related documentation accurately
• Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen food, and dairy orders for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-operational checks of equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Certification on powered industrial equipment (if applicable)
• Proficiency in data entry and research on a personal computer
• Motivated self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred

Preferred Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to meet production standards
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to read product identifiers
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions
