Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking General Warehouse Associates for our North Fort Worth facility. You will pack products, label items, build retail displays, palletize shipments, and wrap pallets for transport.

You’ll maintain a clean, safe workspace and support a fast-paced team environment. Ideal candidates show stamina for long shifts, can lift up to 50 lbs, value reliability, and are flexible for occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Stand 10–12 hours per day and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely and regularly during shifts.

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Warehouse Associates to join our team at our North Fort Worth facility. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack products and apply labels according to company specifications.
• Display Assembly: Build and assemble retail displays with care and attention to detail.
• Palletizing: Stack, organize, and secure finished products onto pallets.
• Pallet Wrapping: Safely wrap pallets (manually or using a stretch-wrap machine) to prepare them for shipment.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace by performing general cleaning duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for 10 to 12 hours per day.
• Lifting Capacity: Ability to comfortably and safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional overtime as production needs require.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Location Perks: Our facility is easily accessible from both Loop 820 and I-35W, making for an easy commute from anywhere in the Fort Worth, Keller, Saginaw, or Haltom City areas!
