Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer for a company located in Fort Wayne, IN. The General Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support operations at construction sites, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

6am-2pm Monday-Friday

$15.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general physical labor, including loading and unloading materials

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed

Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools

Handle and transport materials and equipment to designated areas

Assist with the setup and teardown of work areas or equipment

Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or site managers promptly

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a labor or construction role is a plus but not required

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments

Strong work ethic and reliability

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in general labor

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands
