Posting: Hourly pay: $21 Base plus hourly incentive opportunity up to an additional $7/hr. Shift: Mon-Fri 7 am to finish. Freezer positions available. High-quality freezer and safety gear provided, plus $1.25/hr. additional pay. Climate-controlled warehouse (cool in summer, heated in winter). Newer equipment (less than 7 years old). Position Purpose: Warehouse associates are essential to our success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain efficient product flow, ensuring quality standards. As a Forklift Operator, you will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.

The role involves transporting incoming freight to inventory, replenishing pick slots, rotating stock, handling overstocked items, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will also perform general housekeeping, inspect equipment, and complete necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities may include:

• Locating storage slots, setting pallets with forklift or hand stack, entering product data.
• Checking incoming freight, transporting to freezer, replenishing stock.
• Rotating stock, removing outdated inventory, dispersing overstock.
• Handling pallets and packing materials, inspecting pallets.
• Following safety policies, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performing safety checks, preparing for operations, wearing PPE.
• Meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Inspecting items, performing temperature and quality checks.
• Performing housekeeping duties, managing batteries and equipment.
• Completing paperwork, performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience, ability to work scheduled hours and overtime, physical ability to lift 10-90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, pass drug and background tests.
