Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Willard, OH is seeking a Forklift/PIV Operator for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm). Responsibilities include forklift safety checks, loading/unloading, inventory scanning, stocking lines, and adhering to ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid lift truck license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and strong communication skills. OT may be required, with comprehensive benefits offered by the company.

What You’ll Do

As a Forklift/PIV Operator, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH. You’ll get to:

• Complete daily safety check sheet on forklift.
• Loading and unloading parts or materials off trucks.
• Scan all parts in and out of stock locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep assembly lines and associated departments stocked with the proper amount of parts.
• Avoid overstocking lines or departments with excess inventory.
• Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies.
• Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures.
• Ensure all stock areas are kept neat and organized.
• Use proper radio etiquette.
• Provide backup as needed throughout the department as needed.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Zone Leader.

Knowledge of the AS400 system or willing to learn. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Able to work overtime as needed.
