Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to support the supply chain by loading, shipping and receiving warehouse products. The role requires operating equipment, using RF scanning for inventory accuracy, and maintaining safety standards on the job site.

You will handle cycle counts, load outbound orders, and inspect equipment while contributing to efficient logistics. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have at least 2 years of forklift operating experience or a combination of forklift and material handling work.
• Basic computer skills are required to use inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be able to operate safely around dust, noise, and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the supply chain by collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products.
• Operate technical equipment and optimize loading for efficient logistics.
• Use wireless RF scanning to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process materials accurately and timely to satisfy customers.
• Perform cycle counts and load orders for outbound trucks.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts and other material handling gear.
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace and enforce standards.
• Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods.
